ABOUT THE OWNER

Crystal Harms, MEd, BCBA, LBA, is a behavior analyst, professor, licensed special education teacher, and leader with more than 30 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. Formally trained in ABA at Florida State University and later at Florida Institute of Technology, she began her certification journey as a CABA-FL in 1997, became a BCaBA as national certification emerged, and ultimately earned her BCBA credential. A charter certificant of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), Crystal served four years on its Board of Directors and on its Disciplinary Review Committee and continues to contribute to the organization as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Her career spans clinical practice, higher education, organizational leadership, and workforce development across educational, clinical, home, and community settings in the U.S. and Canada. A member of Rowan University’s ABA faculty since 2006, Crystal currently serves as ABA Practicum Coordinator and Clinical Director of the Rowan University Early Learners ABA Clinic. She is also a Mentor BCBA with Behavior Matters LLC and owner of Bowsprit Consulting LLC. Her commitment to teaching, mentorship, and developing the next generation of behavior analysts has been recognized through multiple university awards.
