I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who started working in the field in 1993 in Florida, where Applied Behavior Analysis was taking off during my undergraduate studies. I was fortunate to be in the center of the beginnings of certification in our field, and witnessed the advances in the practices of Behavior Analysts which have led to the recognition of ABA as an important field in Psychology today. I have provided services in the trenches as a technician and teacher, and have also served as a Director and leader in a variety of settings. I have worked in schools, clinic settings, not-for profits, and start-ups. My passion has been taking this breadth of experience and using it to support our newest practitioners coming into the field. I provide supervision that takes trainees further than the basic requirements to pass our examination. I am committed to ensuring that students receive coaching with compassion to reach their goals and become competent and confident practitioners in our field.
