ABOUT THE OWNER

With over 30 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, my career has been defined by the growth of our field and the success of the families we serve. I started in 1993, gaining "in-the-trenches" experience that eventually led to leadership roles across schools, clinics, and nonprofits.

My mission now is to pay that experience forward. I believe that supervision should be more than a checklist for a credential; it should be a partnership rooted in compassion and excellence. By coaching our students to become the practitioners of tomorrow, we ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care today. We take pride in delivering progressive, person-centered ABA that respects the individual while fostering meaningful progress.
